Apostle & Dr. Amani Placide is the founder of this INSTITUTE in 2003-2004 which opened with about 600 students at Kicukuro(CAVE 2000).This was a great blessings to Rwandan according of what happened in this country from 1994.But after few month the school was closed with any problem up to now. We are praying God to see where it can be reopened by his grace. See the images:
